《家长须知》
- 幼儿园每周上课五天（星期一至星期五）。星期六、星期日、学校假期和公共假期休假。如有申请特假，本园将会另行通知。
- 幼儿园上课时间：7:40a.m. 至 11:40a.m.
- 幼儿园学生茶点时间：9:40a.m. 至 10:10a.m.
- 放学后有开办《6 岁才艺班》和《安亲班》。
- 学生携带的书包里需装有园方提供的餐盒（参加安亲班学生须额外自备 2 个餐盒）、水壶、手帕、备用口罩及一套替换衣物。请为孩子的所有物品注明名字及班级。
- 学生上学穿着如下：
星期一、二及四：穿园服
星期三及五：穿运动服 - 园方不鼓励学生使用拖拉式书包，以免造成不便及发生意外。
- 园方不鼓励学生穿戴贵重的首饰或携带昂贵的玩具、电子产品来上课。如有遗失或损坏，园方恕不负责。
早上学生入园须知及交通注意事项
- 幼儿园上课时间：7:40a.m.。
- 敬请家长合作准时送孩子到园，培养孩子上学不迟到的好习惯，积极参与园内活动。
- 教职员在大铁门外的站岗时间只到 7:50a.m.。
- 所有车辆（包括私人交通服务者）及步行的家长只允许送孩子到大门口，一律不允许入园。
- 所有关于私人交通供应的事务，请直接联络有关负责人。
- 乘搭汽车到来的学生将由教职员协助带下车进入园内，7:50a.m. 后/迟到者须自行带孩子下车并在大铁门外交由保安人员带入园。
- 步行的家长把孩子交给站岗的教职员后便可离开。 7:50a.m. 后/迟到者将不被允许带孩子进入幼儿园，而由保安人员协助在大铁门外带孩子入园。
- 入园后，教职员将在入口处为学生们的书包消毒，学生们才能进入室内，过后园方会消毒鞋架及鞋子。
- “学生安全，人人有责”请各位放慢车速，依照保安人员的指示，小心驾驶，以策安全。感谢大家互相体谅合作，以减轻交通阻塞问题。
学生放学须知
- 幼儿园放学时间：上午 11 点 40 分
- 为了避免人潮拥挤，各年龄层的放学时段如下：
小班：11:20a.m.
中班：11:30a.m.
大班：11:40a.m. - 放学前，学生将在教室里测量体温，之后再穿鞋，消毒双手，再由教职员带到大铁门外交给家长。
- 请准时接孩子放学，若家长临时有事须迟接孩子，请预先通知老师/园方并尽量以最多半小时为限。
- 如果家长/监护人临时有事无法亲自接孩子回家，敬请尽早通知级任老师或园方，并交待代劳人的姓名/关系及车辆号码。
- 放学接孩子时，请家长一定要携带孩子的名字卡，与其他家长保持肢体距离在铁门外等待。
幼儿园安全
- 开学第三天，过了适应期后，家长/监护人将不被允许陪同孩子进入幼儿园。家长的延长陪伴将会减缓孩子的成长，也影响老师和孩子的互动。希望家长能体谅，把孩子送来交托给老师后放心离开。（注：除非特殊情况，则另行处理）
- 家长/监护人如有疑问，敬请在办公时间（7:20a.m. - 3:20p.m.）致电行政处：03-8999 5268，或通过电邮 enquiry@laimeng.edu.my 联系园方。
- 除非紧急事务，园方不鼓励家长进入幼儿园及在上课时间与老师面谈有关孩子的问题。
- 家长/监护人所提供给园方的联络资料必须正确及能联络上。如果有任何更新请务必通知园方。
缺席/请假
- 如果发现学生身体不适，园方将会尽快通知家长。
- 如果学生在上课日需要出国或旅行，请事先通知园方，按常规必须缴交全费。
- 如果学生生病了，园方不鼓励学生来园上课。生病而连续缺席超过三天以上，请家长通知园方。
流行性病症（新冠肺炎/AB 型流感/手足口症等）注意事项
- 鼓励所有学生上学时佩戴口罩。
- 若孩子出现咳嗽、伤风、发烧、头痛、肚泄、呼吸困难或眼睛红肿等症状，应立即就医及在家休息。家长需通知园方孩子缺席。
- 园方会例常进行园内外消毒。
缴交学费
- 学费全年分为 4 期缴交（每期以三个月为准），须在截止日期前缴交。
- 安亲班学费须在每个月 1 日前缴交。
- 才艺班学费则依照报名表格内的截止日期前缴交。
- 园方只采用网上汇款方式。

汇款成功后请电邮银行转账收据并注明孩子的名字及班级至：payment@laimeng.edu.my - 所缴交之费用，恕不转让及退还。
- 有意退学者需至少 1 个月通知，若无通知，则需缴付申请退学月份的全费。
- 因生病、休假或其他原因而缺课者，恕不豁免及延迟缴交所有费用。
- 园方保留随时调整费用的权力。
- 退学者已缴交的学费将不予退还。
其他
- 园方将通过 1Cube 应用程序发送所有通告，请家长务必下载此应用程序及时刻留意园方发布的通告，以免错过重要讯息。
- 幼儿园教师会对孩子进行观察评估、拍照或录像，作为档案用途。
- 孩子的照片和作品将用于园方的作品收集、特刊/园刊、上载至园方网站、内部培训素材和宣传用途中展示。
- 若有短途旅行或郊游，园方会正式通知家长。家长可授权园方带领孩子参加例行的短途旅行或郊游，并且不会让园方对任何不可预见的事故/意外负责。

To All Parents/Guardians,
Kindergarten Rules & Procedures
- Our kindergarten days are from Monday to Friday. The kindergarten will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, school holidays & public holidays. Prior notice will be given if there are special holidays.
- Kindergarten Hours: 7:40a.m. - 11:40a.m.
- Student Refreshments time: 9:40a.m. - 10:10a.m.
- Enrichment classes* and daycare services are available after kindergarten hours.
*The enrichment classes are open to 6-years-old students only at the time being. - Students are encouraged to wear face masks and dress in a clean uniform or sportswear, socks, and shoes. They are required to bring a handkerchief, a water bottle, a food container/utensil provided by the kindergarten (daycare students need to prepare an additional 2 containers), a face mask, and an additional set of spare clean clothes during school days.
- Student dress code is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: Uniform
Wednesday and Friday: Sportswear - Students are encouraged to use backpacks, instead of roller bags to avoid unnecessary accidents.
- Toys or any type of electronic device/jewelry/accessories are not allowed as kindergarten takes no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Students Entering Kindergarten/Traffic Controls
- Kindergarten Hours: 7:40a.m. – 11:40a.m.
- Please send your child to kindergarten punctually.
- All vehicles including private transport providers and parents are not allowed to enter kindergarten.
- Kindergarten does not provide transportation services; please find your own transportation services.
- Staffs are on duty at the main gate until 7:50a.m. only.
- Students will be escorted by the kindergarten staff to the entrance after coming out of the car. However, latecomers after 7:50a.m. are required to take their child off the cars themselves and pass their child to the security guards, who will assist to bring him/her into kindergarten.
- Parents on foot can leave the child/children to the staff on duty at the gate. For latecomers after 7:50a.m., parents will not be allowed to accompany students into the kindergarten compound, the security guards will assist students outside the main gate.
- For students' safety, their bags will be sanitized before entering the entrance. All shoe racks and shoes will be sanitized accordingly.
- Vehicles are not permitted to stop or park in front of the kindergarten gates or within the kindergarten compound.
- Kindly follow the security guards' instructions. Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated.
After Kindergarten Hours
- Kindergarten dismissal time: 11:40a.m.
- We have staggered the dismissal time for each age group to avoid the crowd:
4 Years Old Class: 11:20a.m.
5 Years Old Class: 11:30a.m.
6 Years Old Class: 11:40a.m. - Students' body temperature will be measured before exiting the classrooms, then exit and wear their shoes, followed by hand sanitization. Kindergarten staff will escort students to the gates to meet with parents.
- Parents must fetch your child/children punctually after kindergarten dismissal. If parents need to pick up late, please notify us in advance and preferably pick up no later than half an hour.
- If parents or guardians are unable to fetch your child due to unforeseen circumstances, kindly inform the kindergarten or class teacher as soon as possible. Please provide information about the person who will pick up your child.
- It is compulsory for parents or guardians to bring along students' name cards for pick up. Parents and guardians are encouraged to keep physical distancing while taking turns picking up your child/children.
Safety Rules
- Parents or guardians are only allowed to accompany your child for the first 3 days when school starts if needed. You are not encouraged to enter the kindergarten unless there are special circumstances & it will be handled separately.
- Parents or guardians may call us during office hours (7:20a.m. – 3:20p.m.): 03-8999 5268 or email enquiry@laimeng.edu.my if you have any inquiries.
- To avoid any interruptions, parents or guardians are required to make a prior appointment with the teacher after kindergarten hours.
- Kindly notify the kindergarten to update the "parents or guardians' emergency contacts" if there are any changes.
Absent/Taking Leave
- If your child is sick, the class teacher will immediately inform the parents or guardians.
- There will be no refund of kindergarten fees when students are absent or on vacation during school days.
- Please inform the class teacher/kindergarten when your child cannot attend the class for continuous 3 days or more.
- If your child is sick, parents or guardians are advised not to send your child to kindergarten until your child is fully recovered.
Epidemic Disease Precaution (Covid-19, Influenza A/B, HFMD, etc)
- All students are encouraged to wear face masks.
- If your child has symptoms such as cough, flu, fever, headache, diarrhea, dyspnea, red/swollen eyes, or develops other symptoms, he/she should rest at home, or seek medical advice immediately if symptoms persist. Parents need to inform us about the child's absence.
- The kindergarten is carrying out sanitation & disinfection at the kindergarten compound regularly.
Fees
- The kindergarten fees are to be paid 4 times per year and they should be paid before the due date.
- Daycare fees should be paid before the 1st of each month.
- Enrichment class fees should be paid according to the due date stated in the online registration form.
- Kindergarten accepts online payment transactions only.

Please email the transaction slip stating your child's name and class information to payment@laimeng.edu.my - All payments made are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- A minimum of one month's notice is required for a withdrawal request (kindergarten/daycare/enrichment classes), parents are required to pay full fees for the month of withdrawal application if there is no notification.
- No refund of all fees paid upon withdrawal.
- No exemption and deferment of fees for absences due to illness, vacation, or any other reasons.
- The kindergarten reserves the right to revise the listed fees.
Additional Information
- All kindergarten notices will be shared with parents via the 1Cube app, parents are required to download the app and follow the notice updates closely, so as not to miss important messages.
- The kindergarten is permitted to display your child's photos and artwork in the kindergarten's portfolio work, newsletter, in-house training materials, and publicity materials including publication on our website.
- Should there be any routine excursions or outings, parents are required to fill in the consent form and the kindergarten will not bear the responsibility for any unforeseen mishap/accident. (Official notice of such excursions will be given in advance to parents.)
