答： 黎明幼儿园课程是依据马来西亚教育部的学前教育课程纲要（KSPK），开展本园特有的“多元学习区教学方案课程”。我们着重学习过程，过程中需要小朋友思考、找答案和做决定。我们也重视幼儿的各种能力发展，让幼儿依据自己的兴趣去探索。再从探索、观察和操作中学习，以培养解决问题的能力。
Q: What is the course feature of Lai Meng Kindergarten?
A: The course in Lai Meng Kindergarten is based on The National Preschool Standards-based Curriculum Framework (KSPK) of the Ministry of Education of Malaysia. We have developed a special method called the "Multiple Learning Corner Method".
We focus on the process of learning, in which children need to think, find answers, and make decisions based on their findings. We value the development of children's abilities, let children explore according to their interests, and then learn to cultivate the ability to solve problems from exploration, observation and operation.

A: We mainly focus on Mandarin teaching, but we also provide Bahasa Malaysia and English lessons to strengthen students' ability to be trilingual.

A: We follow the National Academic Calendar as designated by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia, in which the academic year is divided into two semesters.

A: Currently we have 4 classes for 4 years old, 5 classes for 5 years old and 5 classes for 6 years old.

Q: How many teachers are there in each class?
A: There are either 2 teachers in a class, or 1 teacher & 1 assistant teacher in each class.

答： 入学申请程序如以下：
  1. 本园于今年 8 月份开放新学年新生报名，家长需通过网站链接填写报名表格及提交孩子报生纸、MYKID 及附加文件（若现址与报生纸地址不符）。
  2. 入选的学生家长会接到电邮邀请带孩子到园与园长面谈。
  3. 面谈成功后，家长需填写正式入学表格及缴付学费。
  4. 一旦确认付款，园方将发出正式录取通知电邮。
Q: Enrolment procedure?
A: The enrolment procedure is as follows -
  1. Online registration for new intake opens in August. Parents need to register via the link provided on our website and provide child's birth certificate, MYKID & supporting documents (if the current address is different from the birth certificate).
  2. Shortlisted students' parents will be notified via email for an interview with the principal.
  3. Parents are required to fill in the official registration form and pay for kindergarten fees upon successful interview.
  4. Parents will receive confirmation email after payment has been received.

Q: Can I still apply if I missed the registration closing date?
A: Yes, interested applicants may still apply for the new intake. But they will be placed on the waiting list and seats are subject to availability.

Q: Is my child guaranteed a seat in SJK(C) Lai Meng upon successful enrolment in Lai Meng Kindergarten?
A: No. We are private kindergarten, while SJK(C) Lai Meng is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education. Therefore, a child who studies at Lai Meng Kindergarten doesn't guarantee a seat in SJK(C) Lai Meng after graduation.

答： 本园的课后服务包括安亲班及才艺班。所有课后活动只限在籍学生参加。
Q: Does Lai Meng Kindergarten have after-school daycare services or enrichment classes? Is it only for current students?
A: We provide daycare services and enrichment classes. All after-school activities are restricted to current students only.

Q: During the school holidays, is there any daycare service provided? What are the charges?
A: Yes. The daycare service is as usual during the school holidays. There is no additional charge as it has been included in the monthly daycare fee.

A: Students are required to wear uniform on every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, and wear sportswear every Wednesday and Friday.
