  1. 问：如果孩子是幼儿园上午班学生，是否肯定可以获取安亲班名额？
答： 本园的安亲班属额外提供的服务，需要另外报名且名额有待确认。
Q: Is my child guaranteed a seat in daycare upon successful enrolment in Lai Meng Kindergarten?
A: No, the daycare is an additional service provided by our kindergarten, parents need to register separately, and the seats are subject to availability.
  1. 问：何时可以报名安亲班？
答： 新学年的安亲班将先让在籍安亲班学生预留名额，之后再开放给其他学生报名。平日家长则可以致电电邮行政处询问是否还有名额。
Q: When can I register the daycare services for my child?
A: For daycare services in the new calendar year, we will open the seat reservation to the existing daycare students first before we open to non daycare students. Parents may call/email us to check the daycare seat availability on normal days.
  1. 问：其他幼儿园的学生或小学学生可以报名参加黎明幼儿园的安亲班吗？
答： 本园的安亲班服务只开放给本园的在籍学生。
Q: Do you accept daycare students from other kindergartens or primary schools?
A: No, we only accept our existing kindergarten students' enrolment.

答： 目前安亲班共有 3 班（ 4 岁、 5 岁、 6 岁各 1 班）。

Q: How many classes & class capacities for each age group?
A: We have a total of 3 classes currently, with 4 years old, 5 years old and 6 years old each.
There are two teachers in charge of each class.

  1. 问：黎明幼儿园是大型幼儿园，为何安亲班名额却非常有限？
答： 本园着重的是上午班的幼儿园课程，并非全权提供托儿服务的托儿所。目前因场地及师资人手不足，不得不限制收生人数，希望家长谅解。
Q: Why is the available seat for daycare classes so limited for a large kindergarten?
A: Our main emphasis will be on the kindergarten program and we do not offer a full daycare program. Due to classroom limitations and a shortage of teachers, we have to limit the number of daycare students currently.

答： 家长可以通过邮件申请等候名单。如有名额，园方将会通过电话电邮联系家长。
Q: How to apply for the waiting list if the current seat is full? How long should I wait?
A: Parents may email us to apply for the waiting list. We will notify parents should there be any seat available.

答：
  • 安亲班到 3pm - 每月收费 RM500
  • 安亲班到 6pm - 每月收费 RM700
  • 安亲班学费须在每月 1 日前缴交。

  1. 问：如果在安亲班放学后迟接孩子，是否有逾时费？
答： 安亲班到 3pm/6pm 若在 3:30pm/6:30pm 后迟接孩子，每 30 分钟收费 RM10，以此类推。
Q: Any late charges if I fetch my child late after the daycare classes?
A: Charges for late pick ups: RM10 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes after 3:30pm/6:30pm

答： 安亲班活动包括室内活动（加强三语、阅读故事 绘本、美劳手工、口才训练、烹饪及强化生活教育等 )，体能活动（唱游，音乐律动），膳食、午睡及茶点。
Q: What are the activities in daycare classes?
A: Daycare activities include language enhancement, storytelling, reading, arts and craft, speech, drama & life skills enhancement, games, music and movement, meals, and tea break.

答： 本园的安亲班没有冲凉服务，但会让学生在安亲班时段换上干净衣物。
Q: Will students shower during daycare?
A: There is NO shower service for our daycare, but we will still let children change into clean clothes during daycare hours.
  1. 问：学校假期期间，是否有提供安亲班服务？费用如何？
答： 是的。学校假期期间的安亲班服务照常，费用已包括在每月的安亲班费用中，没有额外收费。但学校假期期间若遇上公共假期，安亲班将停课。
注：12月份的最后一个星期（23/12 - 27/12）将没有安亲班服务。
Q: Is there any daycare service provided during the school holidays?
A: Yes , the daycare service is as usual during the school holidays, except for public holidays during the school holidays. There is no additional charge as it has been included in the monthly daycare fee.
Note: Daycare service will not be available on the last week of December (23-27 December 2024).
  1. 问：公共假期及其他假期时，安亲班有上课吗？
答： 凡遇公共假期、政府颁布的特假及幼儿园特假，安亲班将停课。
Q: Are daycare classes available during public holidays and other holidays?
A: There will be NO daycare classes during public holidays, special holidays announced by the government, and kindergarten special holidays.
  1. 问：可以随时取消安亲班吗？
答： 家长需要提前一个月电邮通知园方要取消安亲班此空缺将开放给其他需要安亲班服务的学生。取消安亲班后，若您再需要安亲班服务，则须重新报名（名额有待确认）。
Q: Can I cancel the daycare service anytime?
A: Please email us at least 1 month earlier if you wish to terminate the daycare service, this means that the seat will be open to another applicant. If you would like to re-enrol your child after termination, parents are required to re-register & the seat is subject to availability.
